MLG Transit Consulting.

After working for two of the largest transit agencies in the United States for more than 23 years, Mike Greenwood, President of MLG Transit Consulting, ventured off on his own thanks to the encouragement of several industry professionals.

Mike capped off his stint at Metro in Los Angeles by overseeing the operational opening of the largest bus terminal west of Chicago - El Monte Station - in late 2012. In August 2013, the industry learned all about it at the APTA Intermodal Workshop in San Francisco.

Today, Mike is part of the executive team at Access Services in Los Angeles. As the second largest paratransit operation in the United States, Access serves more than 160,000 certified riders and transports more than 4 million passengers per year. As Chief Operations Officer, Mike oversees an annual operating budget in excess of $150 million, six operating contracts, and the staff responsible for contract management, safety, fleet maintenance, and emergency operations.
